1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ / Data We Collect

• ข้อมูลบัญชี: ชื่อ, อีเมล, รหัสผ่าน (เข้ารหัส), ข้อมูล Google OAuth
• Account: name, email, encrypted password, Google OAuth data
• การสนทนา: ไพ่ที่เลือก, คำถาม, ข้อความแชทกับไอจัง
• Conversations: selected cards, questions, chat messages with the oracle
• AI Profile (ต้องยินยอมก่อน): สรุปที่ไอจังเรียนรู้จากบทสนทนา
• AI Profile (opt-in only): summaries extracted from conversations by AI
• ประวัติการชำระเงิน: ยอดเครดิต, บันทึกธุรกรรม
• Payment history: credit balance, transaction logs

2. วัตถุประสงค์ / Purpose

• ให้บริการอ่านไพ่ทาโรต์ผ่าน AI ไอจัง / Provide AI tarot reading via the oracle Aijang
• ปรับปรุงการตอบสนองให้เหมาะกับคุณ (เฉพาะเมื่อยินยอม) / Personalise readings (only with consent)
• ประมวลผลการชำระเงินและเครดิต / Process credits and payments
• ส่งข่าวสารและโปรโมชั่น (เฉพาะเมื่อยินยอม) / Send marketing communications (only with consent)

3. การแชร์ข้อมูล / Sharing

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลให้บุคคลที่สาม เราอาจแชร์ข้อมูลกับ Google (OAuth login) และผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินเท่าที่จำเป็น

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with Google (OAuth) and payment providers only as necessary.

4. ระยะเวลาเก็บ / Retention

• ข้อมูลบัญชี: ตลอดอายุบัญชี / Account data: for the lifetime of the account
• AI Profile: จนกว่าจะถอน consent หรือลบบัญชี / Until consent is withdrawn or account deleted
• ประวัติธุรกรรม: เก็บตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด / Transaction logs: retained as required by law

5. สิทธิ์ของคุณ (PDPA) / Your Rights

• ดูข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ / Access your data
• แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ผิดพลาด / Correct inaccurate data
• ลบข้อมูลทั้งหมด (“ลืมฉัน”) / Erase all data (“Forget me”) — available in-app
• Export ข้อมูล / Data portability — via Settings
• ถอน consent การประมวลผล AI / Withdraw AI profiling consent — available in Memory settings
• คัดค้านการส่งการตลาด / Object to marketing — available in Memory settings

6. ความปลอดภัย / Security

รหัสผ่านถูกเข้ารหัสด้วย bcrypt · HTTPS ทุก environment · JWT tokens มีอายุ 30 วัน

Passwords are bcrypt-hashed · HTTPS on all environments · JWT tokens expire in 30 days
